In the Holstein world, high productions always speak to the imagination. Tremendous records of individual animals, but certainly also high averages at the herd level. But how high are the average milk productions on elite farms in 2022? To what extent were the elite dairies in various countries able to perform? HI did the research on your behalf and presents a unique overview in two parts. In the first part, you will find the farms from fourteen countries with the highest average productions based on kg/lb fat+protein. Next month comes the information from more than ten other countries, and a top-10 of the highest production farms in the world.
