With his nearly faultless transmitting profile, the American S-S-I PR Renegade is one of the most popular transmitters of the modern era. He is also a successful sire of sons, with a long list of popular sons (Trooper, Parfect, Rupert, Taos, Conway), who in turn have already provided multiple sons. In Renegade’s pedigree, which was labelled as “outcross” when he was a youngster, in the first four generations we find just two sires that appear twice: Man-O-Man and Shottle.
