Tatschl Brown Swiss: A popular wellspring in Austria
In the picturesque hills of Carinthia in southern Austria where the green pastures nestle into the mountainsides lies the farm of the Tatschl family. Since 1906 they have been working the land here, generation after generation, with an unshakeable dedication to their animals and their traditions. The Brown Swiss farm is now being led by the fifth generation of the family, and passion abounds for the Brown Swiss breed, which has led to considerable success.
