With 434 head paraded in front of judge Adam Liddle and his assistant Aaron Eaton, this was the largest black and white Holstein show in the more than 100-year history of Canada’s Royal Winter Fair. And with her victory, Shakira is fast becoming one of the true Holstein legends of the show-ring.
