Scientific Holsteins: At the home of the Debutantes, now robots do the milking

Scientific Holsteins of Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin, is owned by Matt & Mandy Nunes and family and is identified by Holstein enthusiasts around the globe as the home of the Debutante cow family. Scientific Debutante Rae EX-92 was Reserve Grand Champion at the World Dairy Expo 2005, and the family has since produced a number of notable bulls including current breed star King Doc, who is featured elsewhere in this issue. Here is a look at the farm that produced the Debutante family.
