That Denmark recently welcomed the 13-year-old Bojer daughter Frida as an ultra-young 200,000 kg cow is no coincidence. The Danish dairy industry has progressed tremendously. After a tumultuous period, there is now more space to return to the foundation: the passion for cows and breeding. And there lies, besides the ongoing discussion about the NTM selection index, one of the most important tasks for Dansk Holstein, the Danish national Holstein herdbook.
