You likely know both names: Castelverde Holsteins and owner Giuseppe Quaini, also well-known as judge “Peppo” Quaini from numerous shows. In the meantime, Quaini is supported at Castelverde by his three enthusiastic sons, who are all very interested in Holstein breeding. No wonder, given the magnificent herd that Castelverde has housed for decades already. For three successive years, Castelverde captured the Premier Breeder title at Italy’s National Show.
